Very nice quiet environment. Fully equipped in the kitchen. From egg boiler to bean coffee machine. The shower can be set to a good height for tall people <2m

There were 5 of us in Kaltenbach to go skiing. The apartment, the Luxner family, the proximity to the middle station and everything that went with it was really 10/10. There was absolutely nothing to complain about and if any questions arose, they could b

Excellent and beautifully located accommodation leaves nothing to be desired for alpine skiers and hikers. With very friendly hosts, we managed to leave everyday life behind us and spend a successful holiday for everyone involved, with admittedly very goo
